At 15 inches in diameter and 2 inches thick, this dense hardwood cutting board has enough weight to stay put on the counter during a multitude of chopping and cutting tasks. Like the best chopping blocks, this one features premium end-grain construction which lasts forever yet is easy on knives.
Two cut-outs on either side of the board allow hands to fit underneath for lifting, while four rubber feet underneath keep the board secure wherever it’s set. The round cutting board also makes an attractive serving platform for cheese, fruit, and deli meats. After each use, the board should be washed by hand with hot, soapy water and periodically rubbed with mineral oil.
