Leviton’s Premium 1x16 CATV Modules distribute incoming RF signals (cable TV, HDTV, antenna or other modulated sources) to up to sixteen locations anywhere in a home or office on coaxial cable. The modules incorporate cutting-edge bi-directional signaling to support advanced interactive communications via a cable modem or cable box. The premium line has been designed to handle the strains of current and emerging advanced technologies (such as HDTV) offered by cable operators by optimizing the performance of digital cable signals. These modules also work with standard CATV, antenna and modulated input from such sources as VCRs, DVDs and security cameras/CCTVs.

Engineered with all of the demanding applications of modern homes and offices in mind, this module is compatible with the latest digital cable and high definition TV signals. The bi-directional signal path enables communication with cable modems and cable boxes. In the event of a power outage, the passive cable modem bypass port allows users to retain VOIP functionality. Strong gold-plated brass ports ensure the highest quality connections, and the forward path utilizes a high quality unity gain amplifier design.
Easy Installation
This versatile unit can tilt to accommodate a number of tight installation spaces–just adjust the angle of the unit to fit your needs. For further convenience, the design allows for a completely hassle-free installation into Leviton’s structured media enclosures, which serve as a central hub for all your home or office media needs. Simply align push-lock pins (not included) with the grid holes in the structured media enclosure to install the module in the desired location and orientation. The unit can be mounted either horizontally or vertically, providing further installation versatility. And like all Leviton products, the Premium CATV Module is built to last (it is enclosed in robust aluminum die-cast housing with white powder coating) and backed by a two year limited warranty.
